This is one of the several ‘fast-track’ projects initiated by Ministry of National Economy (MNE) under the privatization drive.  HMR are providing the advisory services to the government for the National Hazardous Waste Management Project (NHWMP) & Medical Waste Management Plant (MWMP) at Dhofar, which entails assisting financial and sector advisors on technical aspects during the tendering process until award of project to a successful bidder
