Since our incorporation in 1994, HMR has steadily developed in-house expertise in areas such as natural resource management, environmental/social impact and risk assessment, waste management, water resource management, sustainable development, environmental monitoring and development of strategic environmental management systems.

HMR continues to executes and manage over 200 projects annually in the Middle East region, Yemen, UAE and Iran. 60% private sector and 40% public sector

HMR has an extensive track record of developing value added solutions that attest our commitment to sharing knowledge, experience and providing innovative and timely solutions with clarity.  Further, our proposals are formulated within the region’s regulatory framework and are sensitive towards the customs, norms, traditions and institutional structure of the region.
